I'm glad you are looking into this because I had a quick look myself some time ago and found very little. Do keep us posted if you find more! The article I found was this:

Kollock, P. (1998) "The Economies of Online Cooperation" in Communities in Cyberspace, (Smith, M. and P. Kollock eds) Routledge, New York, pp. 220-239. http://www.sscnet.ucla.edu/soc/faculty/kollock/papers/economies.htm

By the way, that article above was by Kalman, M. E., Monge, P., Fulk, J., & Heino, R. (you added an N to heino and when I searched on her name I found nothing!)

The full citation for that web linked paper you gave was:

Cabrera, E. (2002) "Knowledge-Sharing Dilemmas", Organization Studies, 25 (5), pp. 687-710. http://www.uib.es/depart/deeweb/seminaris/pdfs/KnowSharingDilemmas.pdf

(I typed it in to my Endnote so I thought I might as well share it. As Kollock points out ease of sharing is an important part of the process...)
