I stumbled across your blog again while googling for IRBs related to &quot;web 2.0&quot; research.  The guidelines at my school are terribly unclear about what kinds of web-based activity cross the line into IRB territory.  If you have any resources or rules of thumb to recommend, I&#039;d love to hear them.</description>
