Hey at least it isn’t the other way around! You know that the PhD is the only qualification that reduces your earning potential on average (compared to having a Masters)?
Hey, that’s not bad. If you spread it out over a lifetime, you’re talking firmly into five figures.
Value of PhD is to add respect to holder of that degree. It adds authority and thus provides credibility. So you can persuade others more easily just because you PhD
