Every condo building has its controversies regarding common areas and zoning, but it’s odd to have that make the news at all, let alone page one. A couple of mistakes in the article – the building is 60 stories not 65, and 100 signatures to a petition is not that many considering there are 900 units in the towers. And by the way, I’m 2 doors down from the unit with the flag on the balcony in the front page picture.
